PVC WINDOWS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Remove the old window.
• Fix installation anchors by the frames exterior sides.
• After fixing the anchors in place, just the frame will be set into opening in the wall.
• Make sure the horizontal and vertical sides of the frame are square and level, using wooden wedges. The space between the wall and the frame should be 12mm.
• Double check the frame is set square and level.
• If the window is set correctly, now fix anchors to the wall.
• Remove the wooden wedges used to set the window.
• Gaps between the frame and the wall should be filled with insulation material, such as mineral wool, foam fluids or expansion foam. This should be done from the interior side of the brickwork. Please note: make sure when filling with foams that the frame does not deform.
• When the filling material has dried, complete with silicon finishing.
